The Muay Thai workout.
A 20-minute session built from the four modules inside The Striking School, the same techniques taught by Savvas Michael, Ajarn Wat, Yodwicha, Narak and Kru Aut. No equipment needed. Do it three times a week and every round maps to a lesson you can study frame by frame in the library.
Round 1: Warm-up & movement
5 minSkipping or light shadowboxing. Stay on the balls of your feet, hands high, breathe through the nose. Loosen the hips with slow teeps and knee raises.
Round 2: Defense & counters
3 minFrom Module 01. Practice the block-and-counter patterns: block the punch, answer with a knee or elbow. Slow and clean beats fast and sloppy.
Round 3: Ring IQ drills
3 minFrom Module 02: work distance and angles. Step off the centre line, check an imaginary low kick, and stop a forward presser with the teep on the second beat.
Round 4: Clinch conditioning
3 minFrom Module 03. Shadow the clinch: inside frame, pull, knee, turn. Keep your posture tall and your elbows in. This round builds the gas tank.
Round 5: The striking arsenal
3 minFrom Module 04: switch kicks, fakes and front-leg setups at full pace. Finish with 30 seconds of fast low kicks aimed at the knee joint.
Cool down
3 minWalk it off, deep breathing, stretch the hips, shoulders and neck. Note what felt sharp and what needs another look in the library.
Learn every technique properly.
This workout is the summary: the library is the detail. 25 video lessons, each one slowed down and dissected by the champions who made these techniques famous. Every module has a free preview.
